How to place a Goliath bet

I am sure many of you have asked the question of how to place a Goliath bet? Well, a Goliath bet is a multi-bet of 8 selections, within them eight choices a Goliath will give you all possible multi outcomes totalling 247 bets. In total that is 28 doubles, 56 trebles, 70 four-folds, 56 five-folds, 28 six-folds, 8 seven-folds and one eight-fold. For this bet to have a payout at least two selections, must win the more selections win, the higher the payout. If you place £1 on each selection, this bet would cost you £247.

How to build a Goliath

To build a Goliath bet, you need to make eight selections in total, if you create your bet slip as we showed you in the ‘how to place a bet’ section you can do this. As shown in the picture to the left you can see all eight selections in your betting slip.

How to place your Goliath

Once you have made all your eight selections they will show up in your bet slip and you will be given multiple selections to place a bet. You want the selection as shown in the image below which shows Goliath. Now, you will need to enter your stake; the stake will be multiplied 247 times as a Goliath is 247 bets in total. This means if you entered £1 into the stake box it would cost you a total of £247. Now confirm the bet and it will be placed.

How do I win

For a Goliath to show a return, only 2 of the selections need to win, but if this would happen it would show a terrible return. The more selections that win, the higher your return would be. For a good Goliath, it’s advisable to try and pick selections at odds of 1/1 (for odds explanation see here) or greater. If you did this, you would only need 5 of your selections to win to show a decent return.
