Huge Clashes at the Top of the Championship this Weekend

From now until the end of the season, every single weekend in the Championship is going to be a big one. This weekend we have the top two in the league going head to head against clubs who are in the playoff positions, and that means they have extremely tough games, and both clubs will be desperate to pick up the points on offer.

Leaders Norwich host one of the form teams of the moment in Bristol City and they have been on a fantastic run to move into the playoffs. There is no team playing better than them right now in the league, and they are going to provide a huge test for The Canaries. Norwich are top of the league though, and with just a two point gap to Sheffield United and Leeds, they know a draw or defeat could mean the end of their run at the top.

Sheffield United play last of the teams at the top, and they have to wait until the evening kick off for their game away at West Brom. The Blades know this won't be an easy task, but the top of the table is in sight and they are playing well recently, unbeaten in their last five and with three wins from their last four.

After leading recently, Leeds are down in third place although their home game to Bolton represents the easiest chance anyone has this weekend. Could they have a big win, improve their goal difference and move ahead of the top two to claim back top spot?

Norwich are odds on at 19/20 to beat Bristol City at the weekend, despite City playing so well recently. They are priced up at 29/10 and will no doubt interest some punters due to how they are playing. In the evening kick off, Sheffield United are 2/1 in their game at West Brom, while The Baggies are priced up at 7/5 in what should be a very intriguing clash.
