AskFans - Football Predictions - Episode 1
The first episode of a brand new series from AskFans dropped this week, with the first guest on the weekly show being former England and Liverpool striker Emile Heskey.
Hosted by the brilliant Maff Brown, the show takes a lighter look at the week’s football news and rumours, as well as the upcoming weekend’s best bets and accumulators.
During his interview with Brown, Heskey discusses a number of aspects from his career, including his physical battles with international teammate Sol Campbell, the famous 5-1 win over Germany and who he would rather play for - Jose Mourinho or Pep Guardiola.
As for the Guest Bet of the Week, Heskey chose his former side Liverpool, who are away to Watford this weekend, on a -1 handicap, currently priced at 7/5.
Episode 1 of AskFans marked the start of their weekly Challenge Bet, as they attempt to turn £25-£1000, with this week’s selection coming from Old Trafford as Manchester United face West Ham.
The first £25 will be placed on Man United to win the first half, with odds of 8/11, however, by signing up to 21Bet with the promo code ‘ASKFANS ’, new customers can receive an enhancement up to evens, meaning £25 will turn into £50.
AskFans will give everyday supporters the chance to voice their opinions too, with the ‘Fans Rant’ section of the show featuring Jonty Sargeant, who will travel to a different ground each week to hear fans’ perspectives on current events.
Punters who prefer big odds are also catered for by AskFans, with the WackyAcca Bet from Aman Dhami. This week features a five-fold from the Premier League, with a £5 stake returning a tasty £431.25.
The show will be released every Thursday, so make sure to stay tuned to AskFans' YouTube by subscribing to their channel and keeping regular track of the AskFans website, for fresh, original football content.
There will be a new guest joining Maff every week, with the second episode featuring Arsenal legend and member of the famous ‘flat back four’ throughout the 1990s, Nigel Winterburn.
